Annual Sweetheart Screening

All are welcome to this complimentary cardiac screening (must register in advance) in recognition of American Heart Month. This event will include the following screenings, presentations and opportunities:

Screenings provided by Orange Coast Medical Center and our affiliated medical group partners:

• Total cholesterol and glucose (non-fasting)

• Blood pressure

• Body composition

Cardiac educational presentations:

• Trans Carotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR), presented by Son Duong, M.D., vascular surgeon; 4 – 4:30 p.m.

• Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) Closure, presented by Sarah Elsayed, M.D., interventional cardiologist; 5 – 5:30 p.m.

Event features:

• Screening participants will be entered into a drawing for a heart-healthy prize

• Raffle prize opportunities with each of our medical group partners

• Our team of cardiac experts will be available for one-on-one discussion about your heart health

• Heart valve awareness education and resources
